Homeowners have the option of paying their annual dues online via PayPal. This feature allows payments to be made by using a credit card, debit card, or by a direct transfer from a checking account. A PayPal account is not required to take advantage of this service. Homeowners paying online will still have the option of paying the dues amount in full or in installments. Instructions for making online dues payments are provided below.

How to Pay Your 2011 Dues Online

Please read these instructions completely before beginning the online payment process.

Step One

Determine which annual dues payment option you prefer.

• Full Amount Option: Pay this year's dues in full in one payment of $335.00 (due by July 31^st, 2011).
  
• Installment Option: Pay this year's dues in two installments of $167.50. The first installment is due by July 31^st, 2011 and the second installment is due by January 30th, 2012. 
  Only those homeowners who previously chose the installment option and paid their first installment by July 31st, 2011 will be able to utilize the installment payment option. 

Please Note: In order to cover the expense of processing payments online, a nominal charge of 3.25% will be added to all online payments. This will appear on the PayPal payment screen as an "economy" handling & shipping charge.

Step Two

Click on the button below that matches the payment option selected in step one. You will be taken to a secure PayPal site to make your payment.

If you already have a PayPal account you will be prompted to log into your account to make your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply select "continue" within the "Don't have a PayPal account?" area located on the lower left side of the screen. When completing the payment information please use your CedarLea property address (versus a PO Box or other mailing address) to ensure proper crediting of your dues payment.

2011 Full Dues Payment Option - $335.00

At this time homeowners who did not participate in the installment option for their dues payment but would like to pay their outstanding dues via PayPal must contact the Association Treasurer in order to make individual arrangements. The Treasurer may be reached via email at .

 

2011 Installment Dues Payment Option, Second Half - $167.50 
*This option is only for payment of the SECOND installment of the 2011 annual dues. This opton is only availble to those homeowners who previously chose the installment option and paid their first installment by July 31st, 2011.
